Therapy is a little like time travel where you can play with and recreate scripts that carry the narrative of your past but no longer serve your present and can interfere with the future you want. Together we will look at the meanings you make out of the experiences of your life from a new perspective and begin a learning process that can change your life in exciting and unexpected ways.

I work with family of origin issues, boundary issues, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship issues past, present, and future.

I facilitate psychodrama groups: a playful approach to therapy which ecourages spontaneity through action. The combination of theater arts and therapy allows for the emergence of new solutions to old situations, practice at new roles, and honest and meaningful feedback from a supportive community. I believe that group work is very effective especially in working with trauma, anxiety disorders, abandonment issues, and developing positive social skills and experiences. Group is a way to address the kind of social isolation that seems to plague our culture and one of my goals is to heal both the individual and the greater society through the creativity and connectedness that groups can generate.
